New to Overlook here’s an overview of what you can expect at this year’s event!
PASS PRICING AND PROMOS
Passes for Overlook Film Festival are the best options to maximize your festival experience!
We offer 2 festival passes: our FINAL GIRL PASS and our CAMPER PASS.
This year our Camper Passes will have a 24 hour slash sale on Halloween where you can get your pass for $249 before increasing to $325 until March 1st, 2026. After that, any remaining Camper Passes will be on sale for $375.
An extremely limited amount of Final Girl Passes will be available for $666 through the end of the year, any remaining passes will increase to $777 on January 1, 2027 and will be available while supplies last.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETING GUARANTEED
We sell a very limited amount of individual tickets to screenings and events. Your purchased ticket will guarantee entry to your screening/event, as long as you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. After the 15-minute mark, we’ll start filling in seats with our Passholder Walk-Up Line, so as long as you’re on time, you can rest assured you’ll be able to get in.
Please note individual tickets will be priced at $18 for 2026. A festival pass is highly recommended.
SCREENING SOLD OUT AND DON’T HAVE A PASS? TRY THE RUSH LINE!
If no individual tickets are available for a screening, don’t be discouraged! You can try purchasing tickets via the Rush Line. Once pass and ticket holders are seated for a screening, we will start selling tickets to the Rush Line to fill any empty seats. While we might be selling less individual tickets, the Rush Line can be a great opportunity to snag a seat.
OVERLOOK LAGNIAPPE
Overlook Lagniappe returns April 19th through April 22nd with repeat screenings of select films and retro titles for both out of town movie sickos who want to see it all and locals who may not be able to make the weekend festivities.
Overlook Lagniappe will be open to Passholders. There are no reservations for these screenings, Final Girl and Camper Passholders will be able to access them with their pass via the Passholder Walk-up Line with Final Girl Passholders being let in first.
HEADQUARTERS AND VENUES
Our box office, most film screenings, panels, and live shows will be held at our Festival Headquarters, the Prytania Theatres At Canal Place at the edge of the French Quarter.
Additional screenings will take place at the Historic Prytania Theatre Uptown, a 100 + year-old institution with the distinction of being the longest continually operated theater in the south.
