PASSES AND PROMOS
Want to have first access for tickets and get priority seating for every single festival screening and event? You’ll want our FINAL GIRL PASS, priced demonically at $666 a pop. We are selling an extremely limited number of these so buy now and don’t miss your chance to slow zombie walk through the fest like a VIP to all your first-choice showtimes.
Our CAMPER PASS (our standard festival pass) will grant its wearers access to all screenings (including Opening, Closing, and Centerpiece) as well as all events, panels, podcasts, parties, and live shows, and advance registration options for immersive programming. Camper Passes are available at the EARLYBIRD SLASHER TIER of $275 tier until March 1st, 2026 or until they sell out. After that, Camper Passes will sell for $350. Get your passes as early as possible for the best deal!
Immersive Theater Experiences will once again be exclusively individually ticketed events, requiring a separate purchase, although passholders will have early access to time slots. Experiences will be announced in early spring and prices for each may vary depending on the length and scope of each show.

ADDED FINAL GIRL BENEFITS
Final Girl Passes allow you to enjoy the festival in style, and now we’ve added a few more benefits to sweeten the deal. In addition to first access to RSVP tickets and immersive experiences, as well as priority seating, Final Girls will now be able to redeem one complimentary exclusive merch item. Final Girls can also present their pass at concessions for one complimentary small popcorn OR fountain drink. Final Girls will have priority access to all reservations, early access to purchase immersive slots, and be the first line admitted into the theater with a ticket.
ONLINE TICKET RESERVATIONS FOR PASSHOLDERS
In 2025, we debuted online reservations for passholders and that will continue in 2026. Final Girls will be able to reserve a space for any screening they want to attend, while Campers can reserve up to two screenings per day (for a total of eight).
A Passholder ticket reservation means you are guaranteed to get into a screening, as long as you arrive at the theater no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
But just because you aren’t able to RSVP to a screening, doesn’t mean that you won’t be able to get in. We will be holding back a certain number of seats for Camper walk-ups, so even if you aren’t able to RSVP for a specific screening, you’ll still be able to get in via the Passholder Walk-Up Line.
The option to RSVP is for those screenings you just can’t miss and want to make sure you DEFINITELY can get in.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETING GUARANTEED
As in years past, we will be selling a very limited amount of individual tickets to screenings and events. As in 2025, your purchased ticket will now guarantee entry to your screening/event, as long as you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. After the 15-minute mark, we’ll start filling in seats with our Passholder Walk-Up Line…so just as long as you’re on time, you can rest assured you’ll be able to get in.
Please note individual tickets will be priced at $18 for 2026. A festival pass is highly recommended.
SCREENING SOLD OUT AND DON’T HAVE A PASS? TRY THE RUSH LINE!
If no individual tickets are available for a screening, don’t be discouraged! You can try purchasing tickets via the Rush Line. Once pass and ticket holders are seated for a screening, we will start selling tickets to the Rush Line to fill any empty seats. While we might be selling less individual tickets, the Rush Line can be a great opportunity to snag a seat.
THEATERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are proud to have our longtime friends and host venue The Prytania Theatres return to the Overlook family and continue their expanded role this year as producing partners of the festival this year.
They’ll be working closely with the Overlook staff on theater operations, tech, and events. This year, the festival will continue improvements in line management.
PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
In 2026, Overlook will continue with two BONUS DAYS on Monday, April 13th and Tuesday, April 14th, additional screenings of select films aimed at locals working through the weekend and unable to enjoy the festival offerings until then.
These Bonus Days will be part of our extended Overlook Lagniappe, an extra taste of the festival through Thursday, April 10th, open to Passholders.
Our box office, most film screenings, panels, and live shows will be held at our Festival Headquarters, the Prytania Theatres At Canal Place at the edge of the French Quarter. Additional screenings will take place at the Historic Prytania Theatre Uptown, a 100 + year-old institution with the distinction of being the longest continually operated theater in the south.
