To ensure a fun and safe festival, please review our COVID-19 policies:

We will be following all local city and state guidelines and monitor the state of variants as we operate a protective environment for all. For information on the City of New Orleans’ current guidelines, you can visit https://ready.nola.gov/home/. If you would like to receive New Orleans’ guideline updates to your phone you can text NOLAREADY to 77295.

In addition, please note the current festival protocols, below:

Film events and general activities:

At this juncture, we do not require proof of vaccination or masking. However, due to the nature of an evolving health landscape, the festival reserves the right to add updates and mandates at any time. The festival will provide complementary masks and hand sanitizer at check-in and theater venues, and encourages a safe and respectful atmosphere.

Immersive events:

Individual live immersive theater experiences will be designed for safest practices and may also require additional protocols on a case-by-case basis in order to participate, such as masking, proof of vaccine, negative antigen tests, or other miscellaneous conditions, in order to participate. In the event of these cases, individual immersive theater show safety requirements will be clearly marked and consented to before purchase.

Be aware that guidelines can change at any time and the festival reserves the right to add any protocols as determined by crisis, local response and event leadership. We will continue to update this page as necessary, so be sure to return if you have any questions as to our current policy.

The safety of our audience, guests and community are always of the utmost concern. Failure to comply with the festival’s safety guidelines will result in your pass or ticket being revoked without refund.
